How the supplier-funded model works
When a vendor places a contractor through Hirluk, they deduct a small platform fee from their invoice before Hirluk remits payment. Your company sees one consolidated invoice with the full bill rate — the fee is absorbed by the vendor, not added on top. Vendors accept this because Hirluk gives them guaranteed NET-30 payment, access to enterprise requirements without BD overhead, and a curated network built for fair competition.
